What is a Bandee?

I have heard some buzz over this “bandee” and I was curious. Not knowing what to expect, I found out it is “your individual street basic”. Still not enough information to satisfy my curiosity, I started to read the website to see if I could get a better picture of the product. I clicked on the “designs page” and found a colorful group of items that looked like long stockings. I would have to delve deeper in order to understand how to use or wear this item.
