Taking a Shine to Patent Leather

It does seem that the fashion world has taken quite a shine to patent leather this fall. There are literally thousands of shoes, handbags, jackets, even headbands to complement your fall wardrobe. If found a few pieces that I especially like. I love the patent headbands. They look beautiful, and honestly, I think headbands are a wonderful fashion accessory. Of course, patent leather boots have always been a fairly big hit, as well as the jackets. The thing to remember if you want to go with the trend is to not overdo. Too much patent leather together will make you look like a “working girl”, and not in a good way. So, remember to minimize the use of patent leather, and have fun with the new fall shine.  Neiman Marcus has a long list of Patent Leather from a variety of designers.

    I saw an gorgeous pair of patent leather boots on julib.com.
    They are nude colored…a twist on the typical black patent leather you always see! It’s called the loeffler randall matilde boot.
