This little piece – oh, this piece is actually something that I have never seen before and to me, it actually reminds me of dreaming. Everything about it really reminds me somehow of sleeping and dreaming. I think it has to be the swirling patterns combine with the little stars of blue.

This is a necklace that I think that anyone would be proud to own and something that Louis spent too much time designing. For me, this is my favorite piece out of the collection and I love the stark contrast between the other two necklaces. In no other collection, have I seen this much talent and this much raw energy in a piece of jewelry.

Louis Vuitton really knew what he was doing when he started dipping his talents into the jewelry pool, for these three pieces are definitely different and super chic!

Now that we have talked about the fan necklace in the last post, let’s go ahead and touch base on this beautiful and shimmering piece. This is one of my favorite chokers I think out of the entire collection and while most people would think it is too much bling, I think it is perfect. Think about it – what exactly would you pair this sparkly little piece with?

For me, it is all about black. I think that this particular piece would actually pop with a little black dress or add in some sparkle to any outfit really and the fact that it is from Louis Vuitton makes it that much better. I think that the hugeness of the bow is hot and right now – chunky jewelry is in.

One thing that I have noticed this season about the jewelry is that Louis Vuitton is actually doing a heck of a lot more in jewelry. Jewelry is something that many people do not really consider an art to make or produce – however, I have a different look on things and I believe that Louis really has the right idea with his latest collection.

In this blog, we are focusing on this beautiful, fanned out necklace with some pink and red accents; however this is just one piece that is out of his latest collection. Don’t worry, we are certainly going to show you some more but I just wanted you to see how sparkly, how breathtaking and how awesome this particular piece truly is.

The splash of color along with the glitter factor of this particular necklace really sets it to the side for me and really makes it special. More Louis Vuitton in the next blog guys!

Louis Vuitton: Spring 2010 Menswear Collection

Louis Vuitton to me is one of those designers that is absolutely timeless in everything he is doing. Whether he is designing something for a woman or he is designing something for a man – I think that Louis really knows what he is doing and that is apparent in his latest and greatest menswear collection! This beautiful collection … you might not believe it but was actually inspired by New York bike messengers. While that might seem a little weird, it actually turned out to be pretty friggin’ cool!

The collection itself was dubbed ‘Gentleman Butterflies’ and there are so many different genres that Louis touched on, it truly is incredible. A lot of hipster things actually seemed to be apparent in this collection. A bright pant or jacket or even shoes that were just brilliant. Lot of strips could be seen in this collection and they were all yellow luminous strips for the most part.

So check out the show that Louis Vuitton had in Paris last week – it was pretty amazing all around!
