Spring jewelry trends 2007

Spring/Summer 2007 will be a fashionable jewelry season to remember. Look for a variety of new, classic and contemporary styles. Expect eclectic yet refined, colorful yet understated. Fashion’s hottest trend is “you-niqueness”, encouraging every woman to follow her own personal style preferences.

A few trends to look for are: Textured Metals, Natural Neutrals and Long and Lean. Textured Metals: Subtly rendered textures and filigree add savvy and sophistication to gold and-silver-tone metallics. The juxtaposition of gold and silver continues, but in more texturized styles.

Natural Neutrals: Soft, warm tones of brown, taupe and topaz paired with the ultimate flattery, natural stones. Look for natural tones from natural stones such as jasper, jade, aventurine and amazonite just to name a few.

Long and Lean: The long necklace continues to be a hot option for Spring/Summer 2007. Longitude offers so much latitude in accessory versatility! Every girl should have at least one long necklace that can be wrapped, layered with others or worn long as a single fashion statement.

Look for combinations of all of the above: Long necklaces with textured metals and natural neutrals. Wow, that would be fabulous!!

    Neutrals work great with most colors too, if you are ever in doubt, browns and taupes go with anything!! I am loving the new brushed metals, and am currently looking for supply to incorporate into my own designs this season.
