If you wish to send me an email my address is susan5010@comcast.net.

one more thing, completely off the subject...I use to carry around a raffle basket with things from the Christmas Tree shoppe or the Dollar Store for my ticket winners, but that got pricey and it was one more trip to the car bring in a basket.

I switched to raffle coupons with discounts...free shipping, 10% off one item bought tonight, that sort of thing.
I'm trying something new tomorrow night. At all my shows everyone has to earn their raffle tickets...solid colored top, arriving 10 minutes early, RSVPing by a certain date, etc. and usually I would draw the tickets and call the number.

I'm going to start one drawing with their survey sheet, then one prize goes to the person with the most tickets at the end of the night...this way you can reuse your tickets because you are not calling numbers. Also, if you are doing a show with a previous hostess and people that have been to shows before, the person that comes in WEARING the most Premier jewelry that they own, gets a prize!

does anyone do this? If so, how is it working for you?

Good Morning Ladies~
This website was just brought to my attention and I love it! Great ideas, helpful hints, positive feedback...except from Judith & Marcy.

To reply to Marcy, Premier Jewelry is not "cheap", it is affordable. If you would rather go to a Silpada show and spend $100 on one piece and might break or spend $100 on 4 pieces at a Premier Show where 1 pieces might break, then you are giving your money away. I have over 300 pieces in my collection of Premier jewelry and I have had to return around 7-10 pieces. Because our jewelry is made by hand, and most of it right here in the good 'ol USA~ not oversea's, stones might fall out, toggles may break...if you bought it at Macy's, Marshall's, or Premier, these things happen. Premier stands behind all their products 100% as I stand behind Premier.

As far as the religious aspect of this company, yes, I think some jewelers might carry it too far, but that is them and it is what it is. The fact that your friend has taken her religion to the next level might be that she is going through things that you are not aware of and this is what she needed to do at this time of her life.

If it isn't something that you are comfortable with your doing the right thing by staying away. I can appreciate how you are viewing this, as I am not an extremely religious person myself and when I go to rally's they do a bit of scripture readings and quotes, but this is the company I joined, & I respect and it doesn't ruin my day by showing that respect and listening.

As far as Judith is concerned, I agree with all the comments that followed hers. I feel she is the type of person that is negative and looks for fault in everything. What a way to spend a day~

As you all read this, send Judith a warm thought, whatever it may be, and pray to YOUR God or Goddess that she has a better day everyday~
Thanks Ladies~

I have been in Premier Designs just for the last six months and I have been blown away by the amount of support that I receive, the quality of the jewelry, and the company's love and dedication to God and serving with integrity. I already have several ladies underneath me and am already making a generous income considering I only work part time right now (although I am eager to be doing Premier full time and give notice to my corporate job within the next year!!!). If anybody reading this is even remotely considering doing a home based business - GIVE PREMIER A CHANCE! We have NO QUOTAS (except if you choose to sponsor) and I can show you by example how I got my investment back right away and MUCH MORE. Premier really is a GOD send, a true blessing.

Hi ladies. I just LOVE this blog and Premier so much. I want to try to post a comment daily. I want to share Premier with as many people as possible. Thank you Christine Hoffman for all of your helpful advice. I will certainly use it. Another idea I would like to share with you ladies is......this is for all your repeat customers b/c we all know that our repeat customers, for some of us, is who keeps us in business. Have any of you ever been to a gas station or some type of store where they give you a frequent shoppers card. It is like a little business card. For every purchase you make, they will punch a hole on the card and when all the holes are punched out, you get something FREE. Well, I do the same thing with Premier. I found these cards on the business enhancements website. They are too cute!!! Everytime I have a repeat customer, I will punch out a hole on the card. Each hole that I punch is worth $2.00. When all the holes are punched, they can use the value of the card towards a free piece of jewelry. If any of you ladies are like me, I love to hear the word FREE or DISCOUNT !!!!! On the same website where I got these cards from, they offer gift certificates. I have them available at my shows as well. I have been working with microsoft publisher lately. I am creating monthly newsletters and I am emailing them to everyone that has ever completeled the guest survey. If they do not have an emial address, I mail it to them. On the newsletter, I write something about the current trends or fashions. I also write what the current promotion is and what I am offering as my promotion if anyone books. I also have a section to say thanks to each person who hosted a show that month and I will list their names. I also make my birthday wishes to everyone who has had a bday. I am thinking about doing a competition between my hostess. For the hostess who has the highest retail each month, I will give them a gift certificate or some other gift. I will let everyone know the total sales and who won in each months newletter. To me, these newletters keep everyone informed of the latest info within Premier. Some people just sit back and wait on that perfect promotion before they will book, and the newsletters help to keep them posted on what is going on. I also tell them important deadlines to not forget about. What do you ladies think about the competition thing I mentioned? Well, I hope I am not boring you to death. Premier is making it possible for me to be able to be at home with my kids more. My mommy duties are calling me right now:) My 2 year old daughter is pulling me away and is saying potty mommy. Talk to you premier ladies tomorrow. I love you all and I love Premier.

Sadly Tlynn is correct... I thought that since we were just sharing... that this wouldn't be a problem. I was not trying to sell, or solicit shows... well, not really... because most of us are jewelers anyway. I was personally just looking for a place to say how wonderful Premier is and how it has blessed me. SO considering how much I love this product and marketing plan I am going to follow the "rules".

God Bless each of you - I hope you continue to find success in your business! This is a wonderful opportunity. Take and make the most of it!

Taryn,
Hi. I would love to mail you a current book and some other Premier info to show you just how GREAT Premier really is. Please email me your address and I will get you a package in the mail ASAP. Yes, you can order just from the book instead of going to a show. You don't have to just do a show to get the jewelry. You can actually do a book order yourself and get alot a free jewelry, too. Please email me and I will tell you more.
