Prada Napa Chevron Antic Handbag (hot!)

Prada’s 2006 fall collection is HOT. Right, we all know that, I shouldn’t be wasting my time telling you that, you want pictures, and so on… Right, I got that, but I would like to spend some time on explaining to you why I don’t think this amazing Prada Napa Chevron Antic Handbag (amazing = the looks, yes, it’s SEXY) is worth its +$2000 pricetag…
What’s good on this bag?
- The design: simple but effective
- The texture: you either love it or hate it, I love it
- The size: too little A-quality handbags in that category.
Why not worth the dough then?
- Quality. I have a friend working in a prada retailer, and of the 7 she sold, 2 have returned with damage to the leather. Yes, the brown quilted napa leather looks nice, but apparently it’s very, very easily scratched, even when used with caution. Other than that, another buyer came back in with a broken strap.
Now, okay… Some people just don’t take care of their stuff… But, when 40% of the bags she sold returns to the shop, I’m starting to get worried….
I suggest going for one of those other great Prada bags. The 2006 fall collection is hot, and I’m sure you’ll find a substitute ;-)!
