Prada Auction Continues & I Look for a Thousand Euros

Last week, we were all over the announcement of a Prada samples’ auction for charity. Now, we’re almost halfway through and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (the days they put new items up for auction), I get all excited and giddy to see what’s next. I was a little disappointed by some of the bags up for sale, but all that went out the window when I saw this coat.

Look at it, it’s luxe. Absolute luxe. I wish I could touch that hem, all those real cock feathers (not as dirty as it sounds). This beauty goes by the name “Blue Sequin Coat” and is a double-breasted done in an embossed wool-silk. The brown stitching below the waist actually leads into what is a layered skirt made of paillette strips and that indulgent feather hem. Again, it’s the only one in existence and again, it’s a size small.
