Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2008

I wish I was impressed by this pre-fall collection by Louis Vuitton — simply because I like Louis Vuitton. But — this collection doesn’t only look a little boring to me, the forms and the silhouettes just don’t work… I wonder what Marc was thinking…

I know it’s hip to bash Marc Jacobs — but I’m sure most people will agree with me this collection isn’t too great.

What I do like is the fact that LV does a little runway for their pre-fall. If all the houses are going to bring out extra collections, they might as well do the runways, right? ;)
