You start working with and supporting your new downlines from the very beginning so why should you have to wait to be compensated till you have a handful of them? Also - when you give up a night that you could be doing your own show to support your new Premier daughter and teach her first show Premier pays you $200 on top of your commision for your support! That is AWESOME! Because Premier Designs does not spend money on advertising, they are able to better use that money to reward their jewelers, their hostesses, and build a better quality product. Most of Premier's jewelry is manufactured right here in the United States so each time a piece of jewelry is sold you are not only supporting the jeweler you bought it from, but you are securing jobs right here in our great USA! There are NO machines that answer the phones, people do! "Thank you for calling Premier Designs. How may I serve you?" - from a LIVE person (which is invaluble these days!). I called once on a busy day and a recording said "there are three calls ahead of you" then a delightful LIVE person answered two minutes later. Can't beat that!
