Lia Sophia Fashion Jewelry
I read this at Bryan’s Rants:
“Kelli would like to advertise Lia Sophia. For all the woman readers out there they have great jewelery for an even better price. Kelli sells Lia Sophia and stands by their product. Although she doesn’t have a site of her own she would like to advertise their great jewelery. Men, keep your eyes peeled! Rumor has it Lia Sophia will be introducing a men’s line in the future.”
All I can say is: she’s right. Lia Sophia has some great jewellery and hosting a lia sophia Show is so much fun!
Looking for cheap but special-looking jewels? Lia Sophia is a good choice!
I recently went to a Lia Sophia party at one of my friend’s houses. This is the 3rd party she has hosted, and I finally purchased some items. 3 to be exact. 1 gold plated chain, 1 slide and 1 necklace. Totol $88.00. The day after the party, I logged onto Ebay and realized that I could have purchased all of those items and more for much less money! So far, I have purchased 7 Lia Sophia items on Ebay as gifts for Christmas and haven’t spent $88 total including shipping! Lia Sophia parties are a rip off, you can buy a $32.00 pair of earrings on Ebay for $2.99! Do yourself a favor, and just go to Ebay first. I feel like a total idiot for wasting my money like that!
Oh, and not to mention, I’ve already received 4 of my items from Ebay, still waiting on my items from the Party.
I just had to respond. My mom and I make handcrafted jewelry out of crystal, glass, chain, etc. We do not use PLASTIC or acrylic or resin. Cheap junk. Our items are all under $20, why is lia sophia jewelry $100+ for resin, acrylic and plastic findings? I will never understand it. The Rhinestones are cheap, you can do much better with Swarovski crystal directly from the website, it is not even as pricey at Lia Sophia. IMO, it is junk…but I cannot find out WHERE it is made, it is a big secret apparently, but why do I get the feeling it is just more China crap? Anyway, go to Etsy, buy handcrafted jewelry and note that there are LOCAL jewelry makers that will have “parties” and hostess gifts etc. Lia Sophia is not the only game in town. Check your local craft shows, rummage sales, etc. Do something good for the LOCAL economy.
Please tell me where Lia Sophia is made. I have been invited to a party and plan on attending. But, I only purchase products made in the good old USA. Please respond.
I’m with you Dolores, I really want to know where the items are made too! I am considering becoming a consultant but I don’t want to sell anything manufactured anywhere else but in the USA (unless it’s fair trade, which I am sure is not the case here!)
why is it sooooo hard to find out whee this is made!!!??????????
Lia Sophia is made in China, that’s why it’s so hard to find out. I’m guessing the reps don’t want to have to say it. You can get beautiful, handmade jewelry on Etsy.com made in the good old USA that is as beautiful as anything that LS makes. (I do not sell on etsy.com in case anyone thinks I’m trying to steer people for my own purposes. I just believe in supporting American craftspeople.)
I’m looking for a pair of Lia Sophia retired earrings. They are Kiam Purple Cubic Zirconia earrings. I have the set and lost one earring. Just got out-bid on eBay. Let me know if you have a pair to sell.
I’m a little confused as to why some people hate lia sophia, I have purchased over 150 pieces from them, never had issues and they have a lifetime guarantee. As long as I have my receipt I can send anything back whenever I want and they will always take care of it. It may be cheaper on Ebay but you will never be able to return it if something happens, it is worth the extra money to me.
Joy and Dolores, If you are looking for high fashion jewelry made in the USA Premier Designs High Fashion Jewelry is all made in the United States by hand. The sales reps make 50% of every sale and there is no quota (If you are still looking for a home based business, Joy). I bought two rings from Stella and Dot because a friend had signed up with them and I just wanted to help support her business. When my items came in the box said clear as day “Made in China” and “You deserve it”… I was so frustrated that I bought from a company that sells products here (very overpriced) that is made in a company cheaply. The rings I bought were both “adjustable” like you would get from a gumball machine. $42 each. Made me sick!
