Kenzo Spring/Summer 2008

Oh my! I absolutely have fallen in love with this new Kenzo collection. I mean, these dresses are absolutely beautiful. They are all so colorful and so elegant, I love it! There was birdsong playing while the models graced the catwalk, and footage of jungle birds were shown on tv screens. Antonio Marras, designer for Kenzo has done an absolutely wonderful job with the use of maxi dresses and smocks. The silks were lacquered to give them the look of having been showered with water – brilliant! The patterns are so vivid and beautiful. I really love the entire collection. The tunics are spectacular, and those maxi dresses are wonderful.
