Isabel Marant Spring/Summer 2008

This collection is so fabulous. It’s like feminine beauty mixed with tomboy chic. I love it. The army camouflage prints are fabulous, and the drawstring trousers are so comfortable. Even the rolled pant legs are great. The whole collection screams “wear me!”. I love the use of scarves, although some think they have been overdone. I think they definitely add character, and these designs have masses of character. The models’ hair and make-up was perfectly done also, nothing too much, just simple and chic. The whole show was absolutely wonderful! I don’t really think that the pictures will do it justice, but here they are anyway.
