Daily jogging? Not without the right tunes!
Posted: 9/24/06I go jogging 5 times a week. This used to be 6, but since last june I decided to cut back to 5 days a week and spend the other day in the gym with a friend of mine who works in a local gym in the city. Not that that’s really relevant, but still, I felt like sharing with the girls, ha! ;-)
Anyway, ever since I bought my first mp3 player about 5 years ago I haven’t been out jogging without some music to listen to. Why? Because jogging sucks and it’s no fun! I’m not a lucky girl who can sit in front of the tv all day and still keep her slim figure. No, I have to work to keep the goods looking the way they do ;-). I’m wandering off again, right, music…. Okay, so until a few weeks back I was always running around with my Ipod (I have a Nano now, size does matter!) in my left hand, constantly being irritated by it being in the way…
When I returned from a business-related trip to New York last week however, I spotted an iPod nano Armband (in Pink!) for only €25 at Brussels Airport! I couldn’t resist to pick it up, and have enjoyed my daily (well, almost ;-)) jogging sessions so much more ever since.
