The Fashion Knock-Off Legislation?

According to the New York Times, the U.S. Senate is joining the battle against fashion knockoffs. Hmmm, apparently high-end fashion has lobbying dollars, who knew?
Essentially, American designers are trying to stop companies like Forever 21, Bitten, Urban Outfitters, Top Shop, and even H&M from ‘biting’ their style and making what they consider to be counterfeits. [...]
