Boho Chic Meets Mod Madness

Here we have Rachel Bilson (although you cannot really tell, which is either good or bad, depending on your perspective). Here, more importantly, we have Rachel Bilson’s dress, which is incorporating a new style trend that, I have to say, I absolutely, positively, unequivocally adore.

It is a little bit boho chic, a little bit mod, and totally awesome. Bilson and other so called style icons like her are finally doing themselves proud. They are wearing skinny jeans and pairing them with voluminous, oversized tops. They are wearing, in the words of Twiggy, “tiny little jumpers,” accessorized with extremely boho pieces of jewelry and shoes.

They are, in other words, giving us something that we, too, could actually wear without pulling in movie star salaries. And I for one suddenly cannot wait to go on my next shopping excursion!
