Basso & Brooke Spring 2008 Collection

London was ablaze with brilliant colors when Basso & Brooke took the runway. Bold, bright Spring colors seem to be the focus in all of the Spring 2008 pieces. Even the long, formal dresses, normally solid colors of red or black, had bold bright colors in them. I really like that the pieces seem fun. The colors give you a flirty and whimsical feeling. Of course, I could probably have done without the hats, or the pieces that looked like hats. Almost all the dresses were accessorized with overlarge “hats”. Although they did add to the colors, they seemed a littleoverbearing.
