Balenciaga Pre-Fall 2008

Balenciaga’s Pre-Fall 2008 looks are magnificent. Designer Nicolas Ghesquière plays with fabrics as it’s clay, or so it seems. I love the way he adds volume into these shapes — he’s such a fashion-architect.

Still — I expected some more “VAZOOM” from the collection… but I man Nicolas Ghesquière did what he was expected to do: make a solid Balenciaga fashion line (altough somewhat looking like the Spring/Summer 2008 images we’ve seen before).
