It’s a new hype in Make-up and it’s natural — so I’m a fan. Found a great article on Aesthetic Technologies:
Mineral makeup is made from crushed minerals, high on pigment, and containing no chemicals, fillers or dyes. It is also naturally hypoallergenic and it doesn’t clog pores, making it suitable for most skin types. Mineral […]

No, jeans are not too warm for the summer sun. That’s just plain BS. Light jeans in all meanings of the word are great for summer, and will carry your casual look like no other! I went onto net-a-porter to find some extremely sexy summer denim; and came back with some perfect ones! :D

I just got my June copy of Marie Claire in the mail today, and wow, I can’t even begin to describe how absolutely blown away I am by this issue. For starters, the eco-friendly glossy came in a brown paperbag (instead of the usual plastic-wrap) tagged across with Anya Hindmarch’s iconic treehugging statement “This is […]

The Lingerie Post, my favorite lingerie weblog, posted about a lingerie brand I have never heard of before called Affinitas Intimates.
From their post:
Affinitas Intimates, an L.A. based company, provides affordable glamour for a crowd that appreciates fun and sassy lingerie. Only two years old, this brand prides itself in choosing exceptional materials for both the […]

Louis Vuitton designer Marc Jacobs capped off Paris fashion week with a surprising and delightfully naughty presentation of his Spring 2008 collection. The handbags, carried down the runway by models decked in sassy see-through plastic nurse outfits worn over candy-colored mini-dresses, were a refreshing contradiction to the subtle elegance usually identified with the luxe brand.
The […]

These designs date back to the early to middle sixties when Marc Bohan was heading Christian Dior.
I’m adoring these.
I thank “experiments in the lab” for their post!

When I was in the 6 years old, I saw a pair of plastic shoes being sold by a sidewalk vendor for 30cents at a downtown bazaar. The shoes were shiny black, shaped like ballet flats, with a cut-out design over the entire surface. It was love at first sight. I begged my mom to […]

Michelle Trachtenberg debuted on last week’s episode of Gossip Girl. Trachtenberg (remembered for her role as Buffy’s little sister on the canceled show) portrays Georgina Sparks, scheming bad girl who emerges from Serena’s dark past, stirring up trouble for her newly-reformed partner-in-crime. Georgina’s sudden appearance raises many questions that amp the tangled Upper East Side […]

Everyone loves Gossip Girl. Even those who say they hate the show, actually watch it, albeit secretly. But it isn’t just the high-maintenance Upper East Side drama that’s sooo addictive. Most girls, myself included, tune in with habitual obsession every week to salivate over the fashion eyecandy.
Each of the female characters has her own […]
