Got $2000 spare? Looking for that amazing jacket you’ll still be wearing in five years? Well, I’m seriously considering Ralph Lauren’s Barton Ornamental Jacket, released on their Black Label. The Ralph Lauren website advertises it as follows:
“Luxurious black velvet embellished with exquisite ornamental soutache detailing evokes the romance of an era past in our new […]

Vogue.com writes this in their bio on Marc Jacobs:
Born in New York City in 1963, Jacobs decided he wanted to become a designer while at grammar school. His sister taught him how to embroider his jeans and his grandmother, who he credits with being “the biggest influence in [his] life”, taught him how to knit. […]

Yesterday morning started really bad: I couldn’t find my agenda! I can not function without it, my whole life is in there. I had no idea when my clients were going to arrive, …. What was I supposed to do without my agenda? Luckely I have the best boyfriend ever: he found my agenda in […]

For the last few days I’ve been contacting all my friends in Asia to see whether or not they can give me some more information on India’s fashion wonder Anamika Khanna. The things I’ve seen from this young designer are absolutely fabulous, and I’m convinced there has to be more information about her available somewhere… […]

I never leave the house without lipstick on and at least one lipstick and one gloss in my purse. Even when I just go out to the bakery I always put on some gloss or lipstick. It makes you look glamourous even when you’re just wearing a jeans and a t-shirt! Honestly girls, there’s nothing […]

Oh my goodness… I’ll start off with a self-explanatory photo to make sure everyone knows what I’m talking about. ;-)
Is that obvious enough? Right, these two pairs of shoes look alike. Does the price tag look alike too? Not quite: where the Marc Jacobs pair will cost you close to $400, the Linea Paolo pair […]

I’ve always liked Richard Chai. His work for Marc Jacobs was 100% to my liking, and last year’s Spring collection was one of my favorites. The 2006 spring collection featured female designs, leg-elongating pants, fitted moleskin coats and extremely sexy dresses which you’d love to wear out. Great stuff, seriously!
I checked out the Richard Chai’s […]

This design has apparently been around since 2004, when student Wei-Chieh Tu released it. I received a photo of the design in my mailbox at work from a co-worker today, and did some research on it to find out some more about it. Why? Even though this may look ugly and useless, it’s ideas like […]

A friend of mine at work showed off her new Eddie Bauer Ballard Leather Satchel today, and I must say at that price (she paid about $100 shipping included) she made a great bargain! The leather seems to be top quality, and the inside is perfectly finished, much better than most bags being sold in […]
